Amristar has been a faithful provider of Software Engineering and specialist GIS Services to the Department of Fire and Emergency Services WA (DFES) since 2010. In February and May of 2018, DFES once again renewed their long standing partnership with Amristar by awarding us two contract extensions.
The first contract is for the provision of ICT Managed Application Services, through which we provide Business as Usual (BAU) and out of hours, 24×7 support for all of DFES’s critical business applications.
The second contract is for the provision of Project Application Services, through which DFES designs and develops new business applications and integrations. Recent examples of these include the P1CAD upgrade (Premiere One Computer Aided Dispatch) which is a critical component of DFES’s 000 call centre, the Digital Transformation Project for modernising all of DFES’s ICT infrastructure and applications for cloud adoption and the Volunteer Portal project, a new website that allows DFES Volunteers to share and find information about their activities.
